We had a Zoom interview. It was pretty standard. There were two people asking me questions and answering my questions. They were friendly and straight to the point. They asked about my prior clinical and case management experiences.

It was virtual but still felt about as close to a normal interview as it could. Both the interviewers were very kind and answered all of my questions accordingly. I never felt overly anxious talking to them.
