J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Square Roots en déc. 2020
Entretien
I interviewed for the position of Apprentice Grower with Square Roots over a period of several months. Despite this being an entry-level position (starting wage of $12/hr!), I completed five rounds of interviewing: Three video calls with three different individuals, and then two in person interviews on site. This was a very drawn out process, with gaps of two to three weeks between correspondences/rounds. Everyone I spoke to was exceptionally nice, but their inability to move swiftly on a hiring decision makes me question the organization of the company. Thankfully I received a job offer elsewhere, because despite having completed all five rounds of interviews, I have not heard anything back now nearly three weeks later when I was told I would be contacted early in the week following my final interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How do you envision your role in the company? What are you most excited/apprehensive about? Lots of situational interview questions
A lot of in depth rounds with no contact from the company after completing interviews. They don't want you if you show too much ambition because they want to keep farm employees low on the corporate ladder
