i applied for the bulk position but was told they are going to give me the cashier position instead even though i have over 3 years experience working in bulk but was told to be a cashier and the manager seemed as if she was having a bad day or something plus she kept cutting me off because she was actually doing her taxes over the phone while she was interviewing me.

Do your homework before showing up to interview. The managers want to know if you have any grocery experience. Having experience is a big plus. They look for candidates who like workin the grocery business.

The interview process was rushed, and felt like "speed dating" as it was considered a job fair for the hiring process. After the initial interview with a manager, I was directed to another set of managers for a second review of my resume and skills. Only then was I immediately directed to another section of the room in which I was given the offer of employment, all within 2 hours start to finish.
