The interview process was 3 rounds. Recruiter Interview was an enjoyable and open conversation about my experience. Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins), again focussed on my experience and more on why Sprout and what I liked and disliked about my career to date. Final round presentation (90 mins) with two senior execs, team lead and hiring manager.

My interview process with Sprout Social was outstanding. The interactions that I had with the recruiters and hiring manager were extremely positive. The team asked very insightful questions and were very thorough in answering the many questions that I had for them. They were understanding when I requested to reschedule my sales challenge the day of due to an illness and were flexible and diligent in rescheduling. Ultimately, the professionalism and care displayed by the recruiters and hiring manager played a HUGE role in my decision to join the Sprout Social team!
