Interviewed with Recruiter than VP of product. Very straight forward, liked the VP of product. Met with other execs, CTO, SVPs and VPs. They didn’t have a clue what they wanted. They had very little knowledge about developing strategy. No modern software development expertise. They are trying to expand in other verticals but don’t think they have the right leadership or structure. The exec and I agreed on that.
