You submit your application and then wait forever to get an interview. The pay is pretty much garbage. I don't know what they are looking for but I obviously was not it. I had a lot of interviews and was not hired for anything. There is always an opening in some department. I suspect they suffer from age discrimination. Bottom line, don't waste your time.

The managers seemed tired and annoyed. They seemed like they didn't want to be there. It did not seem like the typical paralegal interview. It was on Skype. They were accommodating to my schedule.
