Headhunting agency lined up an in-person interview with the hiring manager. HR had a follow up phone interview, then a site visit and interviews with representatives from several departments. Lunch with the plant manager, lengthy plant tour, and debrief with the hiring manager. Not very technical, with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
