Email was received followed by Skype interview. I had a number of email correspondence with the HR executive who interviewed me and never received feedback after I was told I am a strong candidate for other positions and that feedback was awaited from the senior leadership of the particular department.

Entretien
3 rounds all of which were enjoyable. Instead of the usual robotic SAT type questions these were more authentic and genuine and felt more in line with the values of the company and helping people. Resume played a factor but it all felt integrated perfectly. Out of all the interviews I had with multiple companies over a 6-8 month stretch this process with Spartan was the most enjoyable.

Advice is to make sure you believe in the Spartan mission and are motivated by it. As long as your resume aligns enough with the role you’re looking for then you should do well and have a solid interview.
