There was a 30 minute interview portion and a 30 minute paper analysis - pointing out the issues in the paper and correcting them. The interview portion was with two of the staff, which i thought went well. The paper analysis was a bit difficult, there wasn't a lot of guidance (since it was a trainee role).

Straightforward tour of the place with a straightforward interview and then a copy test - editing a piece based on the editorial guidelines. The whole thing took a few hours and was straightforward.
