They have no real conception of programming so they throw any technical question to the programmer on hand who will ask a moderate object-oriented programming concept. Really you should be fine if you know a little Java as well as show enthusiasm. You get a two week trial upon passing the interview to decide if it's for you and officially sign the "contract".
