In person interview was conducted at an office offsite. Layout was setup like a gate area. Reception staff were very friendly and make you feel welcome. Interview questions went over the basic job responsibilities. After the questions they discuss your previous work history.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

Entretien
I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
