I never actually spoke to anyone I had to record myself answering questions, I wasn't keen and the questions were really blunt, also had a timer to answer questions, it was during covid, but made me really uncomfortable and panicked

The assesment started at 0900 and comprised of ticket checking comprehension test role play. Team work activities and lastly a interview overall the staff where really nice the building was good I would say take your time and dont rush it

the process was good and the information was clear, online test was ok and assessment was ok as well, then interview was difficult a bite. very happy with the process
