I had a phone interview with the HR first asking about previous work experience and my study at university, how my skill sets would fit in with the role etc. After passing the phone screen, I was required to complete a written test (content varies according to the role you are applying to). Within a few weeks, I had two more interviews with people on the team asking about my interest, skill sets and knowledge of the company.
