I only had one face-to-face interview with 2 managers. The interview was very formal, well structured, professional, interactive, thorough and based around a series of competency / CV questions. The managers were seeking a high calibre, experienced and confident candidate who would be self-sufficient and could hit the ground running. Strong corporate culture. The recruiter was responsive and gave prompt updates.

2 stage interview with line manager and then with the FD. Interview was straightforward with questions asked directed at learning more about my skill set and what appeals to me about the company.
