Very laid back and easy. Met with the executive first and reviewed the basic requirements. Had a meeting with HR the next day to review all the finer details. Was offered the job on the spot and went back and forth on salary for about a day.

Applied online in April, got a call for a phone interview in June. Spoke with hiring manager on the phone and was passed to the in person group interview with EVP and two SVPs. Went to the Lot for in person interview 4 days later.
