This is my first review on GD! I applied online and received a message for a video conference with the HM. I visited the office for onsite discussions, had 2 more video conferences with 2 other managers. Both the onsite and video conference interviews were great. HR and Engineering team did a fantastic job in managing this lifecycle very well. I also received the feedback from the HM right after my onsite interview. Recruitment team handled the scheduling part really well on both the sides. Engineering team had the right expectation from the new hire. Overall a great experience. I met some great people at Sonos. They are wonderful! I finally got the offer but I had to decline! I think I will try again later when the right opportunity opens up!
