I had to stand through the entire interview both times. There are 2 interviews. They ask basically the same questions both times. There was nothing related to "why" you deserve the job, or would be a good fit for the team. They simply ask if you do drugs, ask about your availability, and you're hired.

Easy, short, straightforward and simple. Wasn’t asked too many questions, the hiring manager explained everything pretty clearly and throughly. It’s basic stuff, put meat on grill and set timer. Drop fried foods in the fryer and set timer.
Simple and quick interview process. More concerned with reliability rather than experience. Maybe asked 5 questions max. Not so much concerned with personal appearance as long as you have good personal hygiene.
