My experience with Softeq was very disappointing. After going through four interviews (HR, technical, management, and a final one with the CTO), the company simply stopped responding. I never received any feedback or formal notification about the outcome of the process. This shows a serious lack of respect for candidates and very poor handling by the HR team.
