The interview experience was generally positive. I spoke with both the recruiter and the QA lead, and both were polite and welcoming throughout the process. The conversation was relaxed and focused more on soft skills, my motivations for changing jobs, and what I was looking for in a new role, rather than technical questions.
The interview itself wasn’t difficult, and I appreciated the human-centered approach. However, the downside was that I never received any follow-up or feedback after the interview, which was disappointing. A simple update, even if negative, would have been appreciated.
