If they give you practical test, don'e accept. They give some module of their project and want it completed by you so that they can integrate it to their project. They are doing this to all the candidates and later they reply you like that "Your code is not proper/You took too much time to complete test, etc..." Interview will be skype call and also online test, after that practicle test.
