I accepted an invite from the recruiter for a phone interview screening. I received an email from the recruiter to confirm time and my phone number, to which I replied and confirmed. At the time of interview, I never received a call. I emailed the recruiter 15 minutes after the start time to confirm if they were still good for that time and asked if needed a reschedule instead. I never received a response. Extremely unprofessional and honestly just rude, and I no longer am interested in this company.

Applied online and got to book a call quickly. Some guy was super dry in how he conducted this meeting.
No real responses, just ticking off boxes.
Overall bad experience, no emotional intelligence.

A recruiter reached out and set up a time to discuss more details about the role, but she missed the meeting without any follow-up or rescheduling. I followed up to reschedule and still have not heard back.
