First round with HR call was OK, but taking ages to get the second round of interview organised
Second round with Senior Architect was horrible, felt like a very biased interviewer, trying to follow up with feedbacks but HR failed to provide constructive feedbacks after the interviews. From the interview experience with senior architect, highly suspect very toxic and unorganised environment.

Stay away from Slalom Build if you're currently at a big tech company (e.g. FAANG). There seems to be very little they can offer that would justify the amount of time or effort to interview with them. You may end up getting a very low offer.
An interviewer struggled with terminology to describe certain underrepresented groups and two of my interviewers admitted that the numbers could be better when it came to employee demographics. I interacted with one person of color throughout the process.
Despite letting them know I had other offers on the table, it still took much longer than expected to get the onsite interview and the last call scheduled.
My last call felt like they were trying to convince me that Slalom wasn't the right fit because they couldn't offer me a good salary or even good growth. They also acknowledged that I may come in under-leveled and if so, they could rectify that quickly, which wasn't exactly reassuring.
I was ultimately offered a salary lower than my current role even though I shared my salary expectations early on in the process. They claimed they were expecting me to come in at a higher level.
I quickly declined after that.
High-level process

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Everything was organized via a Microsoft Teams meeting.
The first onsite call was a technical screen using Miro. Be prepared to code and diagram. The second call was around what I do day-to-day and how I want to grow. The third call was around project management and how teams are organized.
The last call was to go over expectations on a potential offer.
Make sure to talk about why you like Slalom. Every single interviewer asked about why Slalom.
