J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez SkyWest Airlines en janv. 2010
Entretien
The interview was a group interview that took place at a hotel. We all had to answer interview questions in front of the other applicants. After this process the two interviewers sent the applicants outside of the conference room to discuss our responses and a majority of the applicants listened at the door while they discussed each applicant. The two interviewers basically discussed each applicants physical appearance. They discussed weight, height, attire, hairstyle, and make-up. They even referred to some applicants as "ghetto", "fat", and "old". I don't know if this is indicative of the company's typical hiring practice but this is my experience with Skywest Airlines. I was referred to as slightly overweight. However, I was offered an invitation to flight attendant training.

Question 1
Why do you want to be a flight attendant? (Please don't say "I want to travel.")
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
