Arrived 10 mins earlier, met by two members of the team during the process, interview was straight forward and easy, was somewhat informal as it’s more of a get to know you base rather than a proper strict interview.

Was referred via a mutual connection, was quick to get a call scheduled in. Initial call took 25-30 mins, said they weren’t hiring right now but may be looking to grow in the next month or so but will forward on a couple documents. Unfortunately this Director completely ghosted me after the interview and several follow up emails asking about next steps.
It’s okay if it was a no, but would of appreciated the response.

Very quick and easy.
Applied directly via another recruiter. Spoke with Senior management on the phone.
Followed by a 2 hour (yet very friendly) face2face with Manager + 2 senior recruiters.
Then one final "sanity check" with MD, at which point verbal offer was made.
