Initial call and correspondence with recruiter, call with hiring manager, call with head of department, call with individual members of team, presentation to panel. Several follow up calls with recruiting team. Said another way, a very long and time consuming process- especially for candidates that have full time jobs.

The interview process was long (7 rounds) including a case study. While the recruiter was kind and responsive, it was very clear that there wasn’t alignment with leaders on what the key priorities of the role was. Each interviewer had a different perspective of what the job was and how it’ll solve business problems.
