Multiple phone and in person interviews. They asked multiples questions pertaining to fit and technical skills. Technical questions were relaxed and not complex finance questions. Process took very long to get an offer approved.
4-5 interviews, started with directors, moved on to associates, and ended with senior management. All chats were informative and a place to ask questions while getting a feel for the team.
