Formal, but very relaxed. The interviewees were mostly interested about my goals and interests versus experience. They placed me in room and interviewed with 3 separate people for 30 minutes each.

The process was straightforward and conducted in a professional manner. Because it was a hirevue, there were retakes allowed, and adequate time to answer each question. The behavioral questions were your typical behavioral questions and it is important to know yourself pretty well.
