I applied online, and was contacted in about a week of my application. I went in for an in person interview and was then instructed to fill out an assessment online. Once the assessment was complete, I went back for a second interview with the district manager. From there, I was offered a position with the company.

One professional interview. I was asked several question and made small talk. The second interview I was asked to start the following week. It is not the same way currently. The hiring process is different but can be just as speedy.

Came to a recruiting event with many different store managers from the district. On rotation for about 30 minutes to an hour. Was not asked any difficult questions and everyone was very friendly.
