I applied with Siemens Energy because they were looking for an experienced regional payroll lead in Germany. Finding a slot for the interview was not easy and after the initial contact, I had to follow-up with them after 10 days. The interview so far went well and the interviewer wanted to come back to me, but despite checking in 4 and 5 weeks after the interview I did not receive any reply. I then withdrew my application. It is disappointing to experience such behavior from companies, given that I gave quite some time for the interview.
