Interview panel was setup thoughtfully, with a couple of lead engineers, the hiring manager and their highest ranked Fellow architect. The questions were challenging in a way that matched my background, was pretty happy to be able to tackle questions around interesting problems on a highly trafficked software stack. Panel was also very open to talk about the culture, the roadmap in front of them, and the background of the team. Felt that I knew what I'll be getting into when I got the offer and accepted. HR really pressed hard on an answer so be ready with a response if you want to negotiate.
