Went to customer service desk. Stated that I was there for a scheduled interview. After a short wait I was brought upstairs to a conference room. Was asked questions and invited to orientation.

Preciso, el personal ,muy amable y profesional. Luego de recibir una llamada telefonica, asisti a la cita a la hora acordada, todo fue muy sencillo, complete los formularios; en la segunda cita , termine de completar mi informacion personal y los dos dias despues inicie mis labores.

Even though there was a few of us, all information was explained very thoroughly. I was impressed with how the human resource team handled all of us and one by one.

Interview offered when I asked about my application status. Process was one interview with floor manager. Questions are typical HR, want to make sure you can function in role. Overall, interview is easy.
