I had a Video interview mostly asking about my nursing experience and specialty. Two persons were on other side of the interview chat, the Director and the Manager. It was a very laid back interview process.
Applied online, zoom interview, job offer one to two weeks later. Interview panel of 4 people. Scenario questions asked. Personality questions asked. Was given opportunity to ask questions for those who were interviewing me

Entretien
It was a panel interview. They were so kind. I was so nervous that why I did not know whether I answered the questions correctly or not. As I remember, I emphasized teamwork and good communication skills in most of the questions.
