Phone interview involved questions regarding work history, desired income, reason for applying, background, how you heard about company, and other general information.
Passed phone screen and scheduled an interview. Met with regional sales trainer and was given more information about job expectations and requirements. Was asked to sell an item out of my bag on the spot. Make sure you wear a suit and close-toed shoes (preferably heels).
Went to another interview with the store manager and discussed similar topics. They were interested in getting to know my personality. Asked multiple times if I was comfortable with 'closing the sale' and overcoming objections.

Entretien
Our interview was amazing. I came in nervous about the aura of the workplace and left feeling right at home. After an interview a little over an hour, I felt as if I had a working knowledge of what would be expected of me should I get the job, as well as how I would go about my training upon my first day.
