The interviewer was nice and it was more a behavioral interview. The main question was why the candidate wanted to go into banking. The interview didn't focus on cash flow analysis or anything like that. The company is clearly in search of top talent, but they are also interested in hearing that you are specifically interested in consulting and in investment banking. Knowledge of their cleantech and biotech focus is a plus.
