The company reached out to me and scheduled an interview to which they asked me to come prepared with an assignment. after a week, and two days before the interview, I got a cancellation for the meeting without even a phone call to explain or apologize for the loss of time invested in the assignment. I find it disrespectful and I believe it tells a lot about the organizational culture.
