HR called and had a 15-minutes phone interview. Asked about 3 questions and did not have my resume on hand when interviewing (so she even asked me if she had my resume or not after the interview). After 3 days, had second interview with hiring manager around 35 minutes. No behavior questions. Basically went through on my resume and job description. I got the final interview but I declined.
