You do a few initial interviews that are high level and friendly. You then proceed to a homework assignment slash power day over two days. It’s a little weird because, in essence, they make you do a homework assignment on an unfamiliar product and then if they don’t like it cancel the second day. The challenge is they don’t tell you they don’t like it until the second day, so you’ve blown a day off. Left a bad taste in my mouth, so wouldn’t interview again nor recommend.

Entretien
Had an initial interview with HR and then the hiring manager. While I did not make it past this round HR sent a personalized message saying they would not be proceeding and asked to let them know if I would like feedback and a call would be scheduled. Constructive feedback is a great tool for improvement so I gladly responded I would be interested to chat. To this message and a follow-up HR never responded. This would seem the "personalized" message was really more a generic communication but should not offer discussions if there is no intent to follow through.
