Well I received a call back a week after from the HR for a interview. The first interview was held by head cashier, the questions asked were: What brings you to sears? Why are you planning to leave your job? How you handle bad customers, good customer service, what can you bring to the team? then after that there is a second interview with the store manager, she also asked what bring you to sears? what can you bring if hired? what job experience do you have? and what do you expect from a manager?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
