Phone interview, followed by technical exercise, followed by in-person interview. Pretty standard stuff really. Interview was good - none of the pointless computer science trivia questions, just a focus on the role and your ability. Unfortunately when they made an offer it was full of gotchas they hadn't mentioned in the job listing or even at interview.
