If I had to describe the Interview process at SOAL, I'd say it is an absolute joke and extremely unprofessional. Let this be a warning for all future candidates before they ask you to complete an 'interview assignment' please make sure all ideas are used only for the evaluation process as this company will claim these ideas as their own and then leave you with no offer which is a very unethical thing to do and I have been at the receiving end of this unprofessionalism. All I can say is please either respect people's time and effort or do not preach about Integrity and openness being your core values.
