I applied online and heard back from them quickly to schedule an interview with the CEO. The interview was fairly easy, pretty pointed questions about work style, experience, and response to feedback. The interview was on a Friday morning, was told I'd hear back from them the following week. I never heard back from them, not even with a template rejection email. If someone takes time out of their day to participate in an interview, at least have the decency to send a rejection note.

I was redirected to apply online and went through a video interview. The process was easy but felt impersonal and I didn't hear back. I think I was under qualified, but would at least expect some kind of decision or something.
