was not interviewed to be re-hired. since I worked there before people knew me and therefore a formal interview was not needed. since most people knew me it was back to work as usual again.

Started with HR which informed me of the process. It consisted of 4 one on one evaluations. It was a very casual conversation. It was done through Teams platform. The virtual interview has a much better advantage to show off a portfolio. So take advantage of the opportunity to really shine.
