It was a 20 minute phone call with a HR representative. The interview was informal as there was no video. It wasn't too difficult and it was all behavioral. I am still waiting for a response

There are 3 stages
HR: more generic
Manager: technical, check if youre right for job
CFO/Head of finance: technical plus generic. Mostly checking attitude and willingness to learn
Then you receive the offer

Long, disinterested on their part. Like if they already had selected the person. I was one of the best two candidates. The CFO was not really paying attention to me.
