I was given an open ended tell me about your history from both the HR Recruiter and Upsell Manager the second meeting with the Sales Manager, I felt overly prepared after having such a good experience with the HR person and her telling me I had what the role required and appreciated my background and are share in the same company values. She told me to be prepared with examples manly for the next round. I was asked to explain my job history and what some of my strengths were,. How I would deal with an unhappy customer & how I would upsell. I explained my background with my last 2 roles mentioning cross function experience with diff departments. I was then told that I would be meeting with 2 other people but the Sales Manager also seemed unsure of next steps and a bit noncholant. He took no notes while we spoke, and though he seemed nice was not very engaging. But implied by saying the HR person would contact with who I would be meeting with next exactly, made me presume I was moving to the third round.
