I applied via the college website. As a freshman, I had no job experience and was pretty nervous. But the hiring manager was very friendly and supportive. I was in the office and two people were asking me questions. I set up the interview time myself.

I was asked about how I manage conflicts, if I ever had leadership experience, how do i help my peers. For math assessment, I was taking tutor test.
