I was called 1st by a HR for a pre-screening interview. Basic logistics confirming my identity, clarifying the position I applied for, and asked why I wanted to ask for Safran. Got a call back a few weeks later for an in person interview with 3 people- the Director and 2 engineers in the department I ended up interning with. Only 1-2 basic tech questions, asked about CAD skill, and how to deal with interpersonal conflict. Got a tour of the facility and was contacted a week later about an offer.
