No HR screening at all. I got an email.from the hiring manager and we had the first interview which last an hour and half. Had a 2nd interview which went well and I was told I would be contacted for a 3rd and final interview via Teams. I was ghosted and never received the invite for the 3rd interview. Two weeks later I receive an invite for an interview for a totally different job in another division of the company that I never applied for. I come to find out that the position I applied for was filled internally and no one had the courtesy to tell me. Someone took it upon themself to forward my resume on for a position I had no interest in. I could never get a straight answer from anyone at the company regarding the salary range the company offered. Terrible communication with prospective employees..
