2 stage interview process, first is a one to one with the Recruitment Manager, the second involves spending time on the sales floor and a meeting with the Sales Director. It's great to spend time on the Sales floor as you meet the people you'll be working with and see the environment you'll be working in. Make sure you allow half a day for the second interview.
