Found the job online at UB career website, applied, three recommendation letters, CV, cover letter.
Initial phone interview with staff, then phone interview with the hiring manager (Principle Investigator), then on site interview with lab members and gave a talk, then received a letter of offer a week later and accepted it.

I applied for the job in Sept 2015, after 2 weeks and got phone interview first followed by on-site interview to give a talk. They eventually made the final decision in another 2 weeks.
