It may have been a specific office/branch that I interviewed at. But, I have been in construction for several years & walking into that office I got that "leary" feeling of that I had encountered in the past that what you're told on interview and what you experience once hired could be two different things. A lot of the work that they advertise on their site only comes out of different regional offices and may not be the one in which you're being interviewed for. For a Nationwide company, I didn't walk away with that solid cohesive feeling about their organization. If you're coming right out of college might not be a bad place to work. Once again, Im judging this solely off of one office's mgmt team. The rest off the company maybe different.

Very polite, but sure you need to prepare before. There is terminology, experienced situations, hardest situation you encountered before. Years of experience are also important. Entretien
I had 4 interviews in total that met with the project managers, branch director, sales manager, and phone interviewer. The process was a Q and A at first then a personal goals were set so they can get a feel on how i can relate to customers.
